Where can I download WP-PI 6.0 for ECC 5.0? The software download section on service.sap.com has no download links for this component, and the Software Search doesnt even list any results for "WP-PI 6.0".

the wp-pi 6.0 is shipped within the pi_basis component of the was 6.40 so you don't need to import it to the system any longer.
Please see e.g. notes 723189 and 304460 for more reference.
