LMDB error getting browser with error also noticed Bg job getting failed with a dump

Dear expert.

In solution manager 7.1 SPS11, i am exicuting  LMDB and in the Technical System i am selecting  SID of the system and editing it as  shown in the screenshots below:

When i am clicking  on edit by selecting the  relevent system id as shown in the screenshot above, i am getting the error in browser as shown in the below screenshot.

Also i see the BG job SAP_LMDB_NOTIFY_LDB_0000000001 is cancelling with a dump :

Category	ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors	OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED
ABAP Program	CL_LMDB_IPI_UPDATE_CONSUMER===CP

I am attaching the the logs for the same . Experts please help.
