Wrong recipient of END OF REQUEST notification

Dear all,

in the MSMP Workflow we have following settinsg for the END OF REQUEST closing notification in our produktive system.

END_OF_REQUEST     ZGRAC_AR_CLOSE01     GRAC_USER

END_OF_REQUEST     ZGRAC_AR_CLOSE02     GRAC_REQUESTOR

After I have have changed a Content of E-Mail texts and some test in the workflow Settings of the Access Request Managment Workflow, I have transported only the texts to the productive GRP (workflow and text changes are were in different transports.).

Now the the end-user get the e-mails for GRAC_USER and GRAC_REQUESTOR, but the text "ZGRAC_AR_CLOSE01 and 02" are different.

Does someone know how to repair this?

Dear Melanie,

are the documents similar in SE61 in your productive system? How about translations? Check SE63 if you have translations.. also make sure that these translations are properly transported (need to be added manually to the transport).

Hi Alessandro,

meanwhile I have seen that the problem occurs only in connection with a AR for multiple user. If authorization is requested for one user, everything works as expected.
