Not able to open / view the document through CV03N

Hi,

Not able to open the attachment (excel & MS word format) through CV03N.

Getting the message xxxxxxxxx bytes transferred at the bottom of the screen. But the attachment is not opening.

Can anyone guide me on this.

Hi friend,

Please confirm that your database is accessible. I faced the similar problem when checked the DMS database was not running.

Also please check whether authorization are provided.

Hi Varun,

I am able to open the other documents except Excel & Docs format attachments.

Still should I check DMS database.

Issue might be related to ECL viewer installation. If you haven't installed, install the same.

Update Content Server patch up to latest.

Hello,

Check with your basis person for created content repository connection test & CSadmin settings and check for defined data carrier at DC20 .
