Extractor problem between ECC and BW

Hello

We have a issue only in quality environment :

The extractor job (BIREQ_*) finishes correctly in ECC but BW side the infopackage stays in yellow status..

We have to update manually the status to green (it should be automatic).

The datas are then well loaded to BW.

It works well in developpment & production environments.

Could you please help us to solve this issue ?

Hi,

try to use sm58 and execute LUW in error or by using program RSARFCEX.

there is maybe communication problems between ECC and BW so, check sm21 logs and contact basis team.

have you reviewed the notes/corrections in the following Composite SAP Note...

2096765 - Composite note for hanging Infopackage processes in Process Chains

The symptom can happen on any landscape, don't rule them out because they are not happening on DEV & PRD, I would recommend implementing all of them via SNOTE and monitoring the Infopackage for a recurrance,

P.S. Check SM50 for statements hanging and also SM12 for any table locks, or SM21 for any errors

Along with your load, is any other loads are triggered at Qua?

Qua server have enough backgrund users to run your load?
