Grey out Submit Button in SRM Review screen

Hi All

I have requirement to grey out or disable the Submit Button in SRM Review Cart screen which flows to user UWL.

The issue users (reviewer users )are facing is that even if they click submit the item flows back to their queue unless the approver approves it

we want the button to be disabled so that reviewer cannot submit it

These are WD Abap screen , not sure if we can achieve this way
