KE24 Update Issue

Hello All Experts,

I am facing an issue while running KE24 Report. We have one field in KE24 which is updating randomly in some cases and not for some cases.

The value field is associated with condition type VPRS and I have checked that assigned of value field and condtion type is maintained in KE4I. That looks OK to me.

What can be the reason of this ?

Also can I repost these documents via KE4S ? can KE4S be used here for reposting of billing documents to COPA ? I have seen that CE3XXXX Table is getting updated for that "field" but not KE24.

I was thinking to use KE4S but not sure my thinking is correct or not ?

Please guide me on above two points, experts guidance will be great onm this.
