Consistency errors CSL

Hi,

I'm trying to put together a Customer Specific Localization for Afghanistan and I've followed the steps to set up VAT and WHT for it but am having problems.

The solution checks and activates without error but when deployed we see the following errors when we go to Activity List in the front end:

Foreign key error in node A1S-SRM-WHTRSCH_TTEC_R0004; field RATETYPECODE; Application components: AP-TTE-TC

Value 1 in setting A1S-SRM-WHTRSCH_TTEC_R0004 must also be entered in setting APC_C_TAXRATE_TYPE

Foreign key error in setting A1S_SRM_WHTCODESTTEC_AP_WTAX_2 must also be enterd in setting APC_C_TAXRATE_TYPE

Value 1 in setting A1S_SRM_WHTCODESTTEC_AP_WTAX_2 must also be entered in setting APC_C_TAXRATE_TYPE

Execution of check exit CL_FOP_TAX_BCO_CHECK ended with warning; Application component: AP-DUE-PTD

I've been unable to figure out what is wrong and can't see any problem in my solution, but am probably overlooking something. I logged a call with SAP but their response was :

foreign key checks are coming because of inconsistent data created by your partner.

NODE_ID: A1S_SRM_WHTRSCH_TTEC_R0004

COUNTRYISO       TAXTYP           RATETYPECODE     VALIDFR          RATE

AF               YK7OQJ15Y_WT     1                20140101

Solution: expected content. NOTE this value does NOT exist until now.

After analysis, it will be translated to optional actions that can be triggered

by Key-user

Color Legend: Key-value(s) and None-Key-Value(s) are expected content

NODE_ID: APC_C_TAXRATE_TYPE

COUNTRY_CODE     TAX_TYPE_CODE    TYPE_CODE        STANDARD

AF               YK7OQJ15Y_WT     1

I have tried repeatedly to get them to explain what the above means but they do not reply anymore.

Can anyone assist with this? What can I check that might be wrong?

Thanks.

Hello Daniel,

It looks like you have different BC settings in your dev and your test / prod tenants.

Go to the BC w.r.t. TaxTypeCode / TaxRateTypeCode and compare them.

The problem occurs in both customer and Dev tenants so I don't think it's anything related to differences.

What else can I try?

Hello Daniel,

You wrote

"The solution checks and activates without error but when deployed we see the following errors..."

Therefore I assume there was a point in time (when assembling?) when there were no errors.

Is this correct?

If yes, somebody has changed the BC in the meantime.

Bye,

   Horst
