Blocking update price in rate amount field on FSD

Hi experts,

I need help with a doubt in FSD. When my carriers answer the tendering process, the price is set in charges tab. But when I generate FSD, the field Rate Amount is open for update.

I want block this field so that the value is the same value accept in tendering process.

Anyone had this problem?
