update assignment greyed out in business role in grc 10.1

Hello Team,

I have created a few business roles in GRC 10.1 ( SP level 8 ) . Provisioning is working correctly for all access requests.

But after I made a change to the role, I tried to do an update assignment and it's not enabled for me.

Other reports like -summary by user/provisioning are also not working.

Please help me if I'm missing any step.
