Remove User

Hi all,

After i removed some users, the user code still appear at the License Administration user list.

How can i remove/ not to display the usercode?

Maybe because the user code can be in transactions and logs. So I think they just set the user inactive instead of deleting to keep that information.

But this is just my opinion:)

I do not think this is a bug. I think sap has intentionaly done this. If the user has a license and doesn't appear you will lose that license. Try restoring a database that has less names over that one, you'll see your licenses where the names don't appear will be gone. Then load the previous db again and you will see that the licenses are still linked to the user names even though you restored over it.

I learnt the hard way.

That licence issue is true, but you can change it just delete the C:Program FilesSAP ManageSAP Business One ServerToolsSBOLicenseSBOUpf.xml file (SBO closed and licence manager stopped).

I have done some test, and if a user hasn´t any transaction and you delete it, it still appears.

So, I don´t know if it is a bug, but still annoing.

Hi Bruce,

Same happens to me. Looks like the when a users is deleted, it is not deleted from the OUSR and AUSR tables. So you can still see it in the licence administration user list.

I suppose it it a bug, becouse we are not allowed to delete this record from the OUSR and AUSR tables.

Anyone from SAP could confirm if this is a bug or not?

Is there any reason why aren´t values deleted?
