SAP HANA RAM Support

Hi,

I am planning for RAM upgrade on my ProLiant DL580 Gen9 appliance from 1 TB to 2 TB and my underlying HANA version as follows

Do we have to upgrade our HANA DB version too for utilizing the 2 TB RAM ? Is there any official documentation for this from SAP?
