Hi experts,
Supposedly had been disappeared an instance from one publication with 5 web Intelligence as document source. That publication has as destination: Default Enterprise location. On his history I can't see the instance.
Otherwise, if I check all instances of that publication on instance administrator in the CMC I see mentioned instance.
My question is related to admin knowledge on publication instances, is possible to recover an instance in case it had been deleted from historic publication on CMC?
I don't understand how I see that instance in the instance administrator on CMC and no on publication History, do you know any reason?
Thank you by advance
We had a simillar issue in the past but with Crystal report and not with publication. We are able to resolve it by restarting Server Intelligence Agent (SIA). May be you can try this and see if it works for you else you can open a ticket with SAP.

Can you check if the publication ran or not? Does it show publication success in instance manager?
What is your version of BO?
If instances is deleted, you will not be able to recover them, unless you have a backup.

Hi Jawahar,
I'm using BO 4.1 sp 4.
I had checked that publication runs, you can see on the History a succeed instance from today.
I let you an image comparing the information from instance administrator and the history of the publication. As you can see, there are missing instances on instance administrator and missing instances on publication history
In case we would have a biar buackup could I recover just one instance from a publication?
Thank you!
Techinically if it shows in Instance manager, it should show in Publication history also. If it was deleted, it should not show in both the places.
You may need to open a ticket with SAP support and troubleshoot. It may be a bug.
Yes, if you biar file backup for that report, you can recover it.
