C4C Ticket Attachment Restrictions

Hi, I am wondering what the restrictions are on file attachments to tickets in C4C? Specifically, my scenario is the ticket creation process via the Service Portal C4C widgets in Cloud Portal. Former Member

    Hi Anurag

    File size limit for attachments uploaded to a service ticket in the Support Portal - I was advised that this is 20MB for uploads via the portal.
