Configuration TAB blank in CRMD_ORDER

hi gurus,

When i am trying to open the configuration tab for contract line items of a service contract in tcode CRMD_ORDER it opens fine. But when i try to go to change mode there, it displays a blank page. Any ideas why this might happen?

We are currently using SAP CRM 5.0.
