Shopping cart visible in POWL (Already confirmed)

Hi,

We have an issue with service shopping cart POWL query. We are using extended classic scenario and level SRM 7.02.

Even tough shopping cart is completely confirmed for service shopping carts, it is visible POWL query for the status "Open for confirmation".

Please let me know, how to resolve the issue.

Hello Laurent,

we have activated service bundling functionality, so this will not be our case.

In ECC and SRM ,we have same number of line items.

Does the latest cofirmation (last confirmation) has "last delivery" indicator checked ?

There are two factors which decides if there can be further confirmation or not:

1) last confirmation has "last delivery " indicator checked

2) PO has "No further confirmation" checked in the related document tab.

That is where i found the issue, those 2 tick marks are not getting updated for the service shopping cart automatically , even though quantity is fully confirmed.

The last delivery indicator needs to be manually updated and as a consequence the PO's "No further confirmation" will also get updated.

if any of these two are selected, the PO will be closed for further confirmation.

i am not sure if these two checked boxes gets automatically checked (i assume thats your expectation if the delivery is completed)...

The reason is that we can always change the PO to increase the quantity or duration and allow further confirmation after the change.
