I have an employee who was retired from the organisation in March' 15 because he reached retirement age (which is 58 Yrs). Now the same employees is been re-hired on contract basis and the payroll is been run along with the other employees.
Because, he has attended the age of 58 hence PF is not applicable on him. But when I run the payroll for this employee, the PF is been calculating. Therefore, I want to know what shud I be doing so that the PF should not be calculated for this employee reason being he is 58Yrs of age.
Plz let me know on this.
