BAdI to overwrite EVC and NPV formula in portfolio element

Hello guys,

is there any possibilty to overwrite the the calucaltion formula for the ECV and NPV value for the portfolio elements?

Financial Information About Items and Initiatives - SAP Portfolio and Project Management - SAP Libra...

We don't want to use the probability of commercial success and the probability of technical success. We'll use a much simpler calculation.

Does somebody know if there are any BAdI's or User Exits to do so or can at least one tell me where the calcution is done (function module, oo class, etc.).

Is there any opportunity to make self defined keyfigures from the XRPM_KFM_ADMIN avialable in the BCV dashboards?

Did you try the BAdIs listed in SAP Help? Follow the URL that you provided:

• If you want to use your own logic for KPI calculations, you have implemented the method CALCULATE_KPIin Customizing for SAP Portfolio and Project Management under Portfolio Management Business Add-Ins and Customer Includes BAdI: Calculation of Portfolio Item Alerts .
• If you want to use your own logic for calculating the values of the financial summary, you have implemented the method GET_BUDGET_STATUS_INFO in Customizing for SAP Portfolio and Project Management under Portfolio Management Business Add-Ins and Customer Includes BAdI: Calculation of Portfolio Item Alerts .

thank you very much for your reply.

I've also found a way to change the calculation of the ECV value.

Here is my way:

The ECV value is calcualted in the method CALCULATE_ECV in the class CL_RPM_PROJECT. I've created an enhancement in this method and changed the logic.
