Array of 3 fields Affecting another Array...

I need to build an array of 3 fields that are linked by another field. My fields are "UPCNOTE", "UPCDATETIME", "UPCEMPLOYEE". There will be multiple values for the 3 fields, linked by "UPCJOBID" to another field in a different table.

I have tried to build this array, however when I place it into my report it creates erroneous values in another array that is on the report creating duplicate values.

Even if I drop only the "UPCNOTE" field in the group footer on the report (field on far right in 2nd pic), it too causes the duplicate values in the "remaining ops" array. I do not know what is causing this is and am looking for guidance. Thanks!
