Request locked in BI

Dear experts

I am currently facing a problem in my BI application.

Was going through RSA1 process chains and encountered this error:

@5C@

Request 53293 is already being processed

@35@

@5C@

Exception CX_RSBK_REQUEST_LOCKED logged

@35@

Solution please.

Hello ,

Please check the active load status in SM37.

If the request is locked, please check the status of the job...RSRQ giving the request number.If it is still running, try to kill that job from the basis team, and rerun the DTP again.

Hi

Pl check if any lock entries in sm12 (give * in all fields) and execute and Please make the request red in DTP monitor and delete the request in cube, then wait some time for deleting the request.

Once deleted the request,  execute the DTP again with smaller data packet size.

Mean what action you performed at process chain?

Have you triggered chain or tried to open chain?

Can you share screen shot.

I tried opening the chain but couldn't find the reason.I guess I am missing something.

Can you check at SM12 about locks on your info object.

during load if some one ran dtp by manually or some other loads might be triggered which have lookup from your master data. in such cases locks will occur.

From last but one screen shot, please check on icon Ltxt and see the exact error message there.

if your target doesn't holds today target then can you try to repeat dtp step at process chain and see.

Tx - RSRQ, enter request number and see. whether request was loading now or loaded earlier?

See, your request still running. expand data packet 9 and see details.

Lets wait some more time and see.

Mean while keep on refresh dtp monitor screen.

Actually your chain how many times trigger today?

previous dtp was finished or still running?

if previous dtp still running and today dtp was triggered then that make lock issue again.

Will I have to delete and init the request again?

This is what SAP suggested me:

Exception CX_RSBK_REQUEST_LOCKED logged

Message no. RSBK228

Please implement corrections on the following SAP notes and let me

know if the issue persists:

1808825 - P31:DTP:Object is locked by user;MC 601;ERSENQUEUE

1963160 - P33; DTP: Changes for call of status manager

Please guide.
