Sales Invoicing Mass uploadation (LSMW)

We have pending backlog Sales invoicing entries of around 3 months.

we want to create mass uploadation for the same for following steps

1) Create Sales Order

2) Delivery Document against Sales Order

3) Create Billing Document

Kindly do me a favorable reply that is it possible to do in mass uploadation like LSMW
