navigate to content Administration -> collaboration content -> collaboration launch pad administration-> click on type mapping and give the name of the type which u are using.
also check whether u have mentioned the correct command group in the context menu of "type".
if u are gettin that error, i think u probably would have made a duplicate copy of some command groups and command type. u try doing the type mapping correctly . that should resolve the problem
