How to access manufacturing-odata services?

Hi,

I am referring to SAP ME 15.0 OData Services Guide.

When i access any service, i get error message.

1. For http://localhost:50000/manufacturing-odata/Prouction.svc/Sfcs?Sfc=audio&SITE=*

404 Not Found SAP NetWeaver Application Server

Error: Requested resource does not exist.

2. For http://localhost:50000/manufacturing-odata/

403 Forbidden SAP NetWeaver Application Server

Error: You are not authorized to view the content of the requested directory.

Do we need to activate oData services?

Is there a config guide?

SAP ME 15.0.3.2 Counter 201503021508

Any help would be highly appreciated.
