Unable to add test to a Change request in Charm

Hi All,

We are facing an issue in our Charm where we are unable to add any text to the Change request manually.

The system is not allowing us to enter various text inputs like Description of change , reason for change etc.

But when we save the change the text log gets updated

We are on Solman 7.1 SP 12.

Please advise how do we troubleshoot this issue and what could be the possible root cause for this issue.

I am not sure what other details could I provide you to assist me with this issue, but if you could let me know I would be able to provide you the details.

Regards,

Pradeep

    Hi, Pradeep.

Do you have the following problem: you can type text in the block, but when you stop or press 'enter' - text disappears?

    BR,

    Artem

    Hi,

You can change this behavior in SPRO (IMG activity CRMC_TEXT_001):

    -> Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario-Specific Settings

-> Change Management -> Change Request Management -> Extende Configuration -> Change Transaction

-> Transaction Types -> Text Administration -> Define Text Determination Procedure

Mark CRMD_ORDERH in Text Objects tree.

    Double Click Procedure

Further , you can insert by the templates, select the template via insert text template and then write the description you want to write.

    Regards

    Rishav
