cFolders installation for external collaboration scenario

Hello All,

          We are implementing cFolders. I would like to know how the external users will access the cFolders? I came across extranet or internet concept of accessing cFolders.

In these documentation, there are links like

Scenario C: One Public Content Server

Scenario E (cFolders) 

However, I did not get the details like how to do firewall settings for cFolders, DMZ concept for cFolders installation.

I want a step by step procedure to install and configure cFolders for external users. Thanks!!
