Partial settlement of WBS (i.e. AuC) to Main Asset - not happening

Hello Experts,

We are using PS module for asset capitalization. In my scenario, there is one WBS for which one AuC is created. This AuC consists of 5 laptops.

I have done 1st settlement (i.e. WBS to AuC). It worked fine and transferred all the amount from WBS to AuC.

Now this AuC consists of Rs. 250,000 (i.e. 5 Laptops of Rs. 50,000 each). Now I want to capitalize 3 laptops out of 5. I created 3 main asset code and trying to define settlement rule in CJ20n.

Its not allowing me to do define settlement rule for partial capitalization purpose.

Please help.

Advisable to create 5 different AUC WBS elements  under project structure.

Please let us know error,

also make sure that settlement reciver must be sum of all asset will be 100%

Hi Meena,

What's the error message you are getting while creating the settlement rule for the WBS?

Are you settling by percentage to these three assets or by amount? Is it possible for you to post the screen shot of your settlement rule?
