Query Panel not corresponding after system update to BI 4.0 SP11

Hi everyone,

After the system has been updated, I can no longer able to edit query or creating new report via Web Intelligence.

When creating new report, I was able to select Universe and after that it shows blank dialog as below( it supposes to show query panel which show all objects which have been built within the universe).

Also, when I try to editing existing report, I can no longer adding new objects from Universe. When I try to navigate to query panel and edit the selected objects, it shows the following dialog instead which I cannot select the objects from Universe.

Please help!!
