Error while adding new price list

Dear Experts,

We are trying to add a new price list through the path: Inventory--> Price Lists-->Pirce List and the following error occurs:

'No matching records found in ITM9'.

Therefore we cannot update the price lists.We are using SAP Business One 9.0 PL15.

Any suggestions on this matter is welcomed.
