Unbale to find /IWPGW/RT_WF_USR in frontend / in backend

Dear Experts,

We have configured SAP Fioir My Inbox Application, but we are unable to locate /IWPGW/RT_WF_USR Role in the Backend system as well as in the front-end system. We have installed all the required components with service packs.

Please help us to solve the issue.
