We have a problem with connecting the cloud connector to the Hana Cloud Platform which our SAP BusinessObjects Cloud resides on.

I entered my S-user account ID, and received account name and landscape host automatically.
I took the account information and tried to add an account (+Add Account),
when i click on save i get the following message:

"417 An authorization problem occurred when downloading the configuration. Please ensure that the account exists and the user has the appropriate permissions for the account — see ''Logs'' for details"

Note: I have added the correct account name, landscape host, account user and password.

I also tried to reach the same url the cloud connector is trying to reach: https://connectivitycertsigning.hana.ondemand.com:XXX/certificate/management/v1/trusted/ca/account/XXXXXX

A login window pops up and i try to log in with my S- user credentials and receive and authorization problem.

My question is, when you apply your S user in SBOC. Is my user supposed to get access to SAP HCP? Because an account name is something you get when setting up SAP HCP (we have not done it) and when we try to log in with our accounts in HCP we get the message:

"Our records indicate that your user does not have an account at this location."

Can you add an account name to another SAP HCP and somehow connect those two (wild blurry guess)?

I reached out to SAP to get an answer, and our BOC was Public. It was on a Hana Cloud Plattform we did not have access to, so they had to add my S-user in their HCP and it worked after that!
