BAPI / Function to create / maintain QM characteristics in Task Lists

Hi experts,

I was using the function module EAM_TASKLIST_CREATE to create general task lists, but this function does not have the possibility to add/maintain characteristics QM to the operations.

Do you know the right function module to do that?
