sap mobile offline dashboard

Hi Everyone

May someone please assist with this question, if i have a mobile dashboard on my ipad and i connect to the server and then log out and try and access the same dashboard on the offline mode without connecting to the server will i be able to navigate on the dashbaord?

or rather if im running the dashbord and i loose my connectivity and try to run it offline mode will i be able to navigate:
