Password reminder in internet sales B2C Shop

Hi there,

I am working on the B2C web shop at the moment. We are looking at options to implement a password reminder service to customers. So when B2C customers come back to the shop and have forgotten their password - we would like to include an option for them to be able to ask for a 'password reminder'. This password reminder will be sent to them so they can log back onto the web shop.

Has anyone implemented this before in the CRM internet sales web shops and if so what options have you looked at? Are there any providers who integrate with SAP?

Any information would be much appreciated.
