Stock or receipt can no longer be used to meet th requirements

Hi team,

I am getting an error in APO /n/sapapo/rrp3 screen and i dont know excatly how to solve this.

I have a order waiting to confirm and the stock is in error so it is not getting confirmed in SAP.

I have ran the program SAPAPO/SDRQCR21 and performed CCR operation.

But i dont get the result.

PLease help.

    Hi Abhijit,

    "Stock or receipt can no longer be used to meet the requirements

    To me this precisely means, that your receipt element is been pegged to some requirement element or you have confirm quantity equal to available receipts.

    If i see your screenshot you have one receipt, and one requirement which is confirmed. So, which precisely means you can't confirm any new requirement.

    If you are referring to red triangle in ATP tab of RRP3, then this is what it means.

    If not then please let me know, what activity you are trying to do in RRP3?

    Hi Abhijit,


    Is the stock posted in the right sublocation in R3. Some times you can define some Subloc/batch stock not relevant for ATP. In that case you get similar alert

    Hi,

    Check the stock status in ECC system. In t.code MD04, then double click on stock line and then press Stock Overview button. Scroll on the right side to see if is blocked!

    Hello,

    But I see that you have a Confirm Requirement quantity = 1 EA!

    Check in the tabs Pegging or Element to see where is used.

    Your answers are correct!!!!

    We have checked and tried various method to solve this and the problem was from ECC. We were useing costomised atp type which had some issue.

    When we change ATP type in material master and keep different ATP type , it works correctly.

    Now we are planning to raise an OSS note.SO ISSUE IS SOLVED!!!!!

    • Hi Abhijit,

      I am also facing the same issue. Could you please let me know what was wrong on the ATP type which you changed after which the issue got resolved.

      My problem is even when the component quantity is being used for some other order, still in RRP3 of the header item the ATP status is showing as 'Checked and Fully Confirmed' in the Elements tab page.
