Hi All,
Sales process requires ability to perform deliveries with
tolerances. It is a manual decision whether delivery is complete. Until then
deliveries can be created for the item. Total delivered quantity can even
exceed overdelivery tolerance. Therefore sales order items are allowed to
have unlimited number of deliveries (partial delivery indicator is set to “D”).
To complete the item SAP help suggests to set the reason for rejection.
This renders a problem with product allocations. Reason for
rejection in the item triggers deletion of requirement in GATP and frees the
quota. So the question is:
- How would we configure a process of delivering with overdelivery
tolerance considering above?
Hello Venkadesh,
You re-run ATP on an allocated sales order. You could that restoration of allocation accordingly.
Set the VAB parameter to "X" In your user parameter. The quantity delivered for the item remains unchanged.
Or in the user exit APOBO010, items with product allocation assignments are excluded from further processing.
Best Regards,
