Service entry sheet:Partial Amount

Hi,

In my service PO I have value for one year- man power supply.But for each month I want to pay(partial amount ) thru service entry sheet.

So in the service entry sheet I put as qty 0.1(real qty 1.00),but system does not change the value,system shows the original amount.Can some body guide me for this issue,please?

This is planned service.

You have pointed quantity and gross price option.

Check the value at header level :

If your requirement is different, then please elaborate more.

You can't change this. The value will be calculated again the quantity X gross price.

My scenario

I have service PO value 26,000 SAR for one whole year.This month I want to pay only3500 SAR to the supplier.

In the service entry sheet,I am gettitng the whole 26,000 SAR,but I want to enter and only 3500 SAR.

That is ,everymonth I want to pay partial amount to the supplier from 26,000 SAR.

Okay, enter the quantity as per your month. Suppose you want to give the total amount within 12 months. Then enter the quantity as 12 and calculate the gross price = net amount / 12 and enter the gross price in PO - service tab. Then tick the option Price change allowed for the service line item in PO as below:

Save your PO. At the time service entry, now you can able to change the gross price. Change the quantity as 1 and enter the gross price (which you want to pay)

Save the service entry and do as follows for further.

Hi,

Find condition type related service in your purchase order/service order (ME23N)

Check by using condition type settings in t.code: M/06 and your condition type should be selected with Quantity scale(C) in the "Scale Basis" segment . If not selected, select it  for your service condition type in t.code: M/06 and save.

Correspondingly update the changes of service condition type in your MM pricing procedure in t.code:M/08 and save.

Now create a new service purchase order and create your service entry partially  as required by you.

Hi Hussain,

in ML81N, you can choose acceptance services by percentage you want, in menu entry sheet -> create -> create with planned services.
