SRM MDM Catalog webservice pointing to wrong client

Hi Guys,

               I am testing SRM MDM catalog SRM-MDM/SRM_MDM on its own from a web browser.

I couldn't logon with my usual MDM user id and password.. getting logon error.

If I try to access catalog from shopping cart, it displays there is "No Data".

Looks like its pointing to a wrong client.

How to control which client and system its pointing to..?

SRM and MDM systems are are in the same server for sand box.

the same is working in Development system, where SRM and MDM are in different servers.

Hi,

I suppose you checked the user/password/roles in the MDM Console. Are you able to call the Catalog directly?

Do you use portal? In this case you can try to use the UsePortalNavigation parameter in the WebService definition.

Hi,

please check the configuration for the catalogue in:

SPRO -> SRM -> SRM Server -> Master Data -> Content Management -> Define external webservices.
