Vendor account group field, change log

Hi,

With the recent upgrade, one of the note has activated a new field (CIIU CODE) in Vendor master group. However, its activated as 'Suppress' for few groups and 'Optional' for few. To ensure that this has done by note/upgrade, is there any possibility/way to get the change log for account group field level ?

I have tried with SCU3, where I didn't see any changes logged through customizing/table activity !

I would also like to see what all the notes were implemented with support package?

Can you please guide me how can I get these data

Changes log will be recorded if there will be a manual changes.

System will not record the changes log if the modification was transferred with any transport request or any upgrade.

Did you check tables CDPOS and CDHDR ? Hope this two tables solve your query else revert.
