Terminated ECC employee expected results in CRM

In ERP when an employee is terminated, we do see in CRM after the ALE idocs process

1. CRM table HRP5580 field STAT2 entry = 0 (new row for the pernr where BEGDA is term date)

2. CRM table BUT100 role BUP003 is eliminated

3. CRM table BUT000 - inconsistent results, sometimes XBLCK central block is checked sometimes not

4. CRM change history, for records where XBLCK is checked no change history is showing, in SE11 in BUT000 that field is marked with change history, if processing from the idoc will this not record in CHHDR & CDPOS?

For points # 3 & 4 trying to confirm what the expected results are. Have not found any notes or posting specific to this topic.
