Hide Filter Bar in WebI View

Hello!

I am looking to have users only filter by certain criteria without letting them have access to the rest of the filter options.

I would only like the users to be able to filter by the two drop downs. If they click the filter icon, it shows a lot of ugly fields that I do not wish them to see. Is there a way to hide the filter icon on the side?

Hi Dustin,

If the characteristics are in the report, an average user will be able to set them up on the filter bar or create their own input controls to filter.

So in short, I don't think what you are after is possible

Hi Dustin ,

Remove unwanted filters from filters bar and save the report. Users can add dynamically if they want.

Hi Dustin,

You can use input control which will be available on the left side and will come when user want to do the selection for the filter.

Also the filter bar be hide and can be shown based on the property you will set but there is no option to get rid of the icon that you marked.
