Direct E-mail / email blast not getting received in demo system

Dear all,

Demo System

---

User Interface Version: 1502.0.2246.546

Change List: 22509 (25.02.2015 05:46:31)

Solution Version: 1502 - L51

I followed the steps in Admin & User guide to setup email template and campaign.

When I click on 'send test e-mail' or execute the campaign with direct e-mail, the system show the email sent successfully.

BUT, nothing is being received on inbox.

Could demo system send out email?

Or my setting is wrong?

Thanks.

Best Regard,

Chester

    Hi Chester,

E-Mail Blast execution is not possible in SAP DEMO systems, it'll work in your C4C system but not in the demo provided by SAP.

    Regards,

    K.F.

      Hi Kamran,

I have the same issue. My email campaign in C4C is configured and I've recieved test message. Also i can see in report that all emails within campaign are delivered but in my inboxes i had no emails. Do you mean if i do that campaign in productive tenants then the emails will be delivered to target groups members. Right?

So how can i test my email campaign in test tenant ?

    Hello Chester,

    Couple of questions:

    1. Have you activated Mass E-mailing for your tenant and domain or subdomain you are using for sending e-mail feature which is required for E-mail blast?

    2. Also check for the Marketing Permissions for the Contacts that you are using in the target group. Check if is opt in for E-mail.

If any thing of this is missing Campaign won't work as expected.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Chandan
