DC500 Plugin

Is there a way to get the DC500 plugin to disappear if there are no DC groups applicable for an operation?  I see this behavior with the CT500 and the DC500 will close automatically once all of the dc groups and parameters are captured but I can not find a way to make it disappear when there are no applicable DC groups.

Likewise for the Work Instruction Viewer

Hello Paul,

I do not think there is a possibility to achieve this within standard functionality.

Note that under default Data Collection button there are 2 activities: DC_LIST_DISPLAY and DC500. If there is no DC to collect, the error is thrown in DC_LIST_DISPLAY.

Perhaps, it can be a good enhancement to throw this error in POD like for assembly and do not even open DC_LIST_DISPLAY and DC500. You may proceed as per SAP Note 11 or contact the product owner Michael Cressman to request it.
