User Management for SAP contact Center



I am trying to understand how I can manage users on BCM via the SAP portal or even through SAP CUA. I don't want to be maintaining users several times. Is there a way for BCM to read portal roles and users. And perhaps like in business objects, the portal roles come across as User groups in BO to which access is then granted. similarly if BCM could read the portal roles, then we could create dummy portal roles in order to maintain users via the portal.

The idea being, user is created once in the portal and the user does not need to be maintained in BCM.
