Article Fiori App - cannot start Odata service

Hi,

I'm trying to setup the article fiori app; https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F0334')/W7

However starting the CB_ARTICLE_SRV in SPRO throws an error:

Some other service can be started without problems. But the retail-specific services seem to have this problem.

Any idea what could be wrong ?
