Good morning experts,
I am trying to upload several assets on T.Code AS91 and I also tried AS01, this assets have different capitalization date. Assets capitalization date are some on 2012, others 2013 and 2014. The thing is that when I check my asset balance the assets on 2012 and 2013 show the acquisition amount, accum depreciation and book val. amount, but the assets for 2014 dont, the amounts appear in 0.
I think it has to be with the dates, transfer dates or something like that, I already made several combinations and is not working.
Please help

Dear Tibrewal,
I checked OAYC, OAAQ, every possible combination. If I use AS91 for an asset the acum depreciation is shown in the Asset Explorer for all months except December 2014. Also if I run the asset balance for December 2014 assets capitalized on 2012, 2013 and 2014 are not shown, only assets capitalized on December 2014. Then I execute the Asset Balance for December 2015 and all the assets are shown.
If I run AFAB for 2014 no assets are displayed, but if I run the AFAB for period 01 / 2015 the assets are shown.
My information is as follows:
OAAQ: 2014
Data transfer date: 31.12.2014
OAYC: 2014 / 12
I need to post the assets with acum depr on december 2014. I have assets from 2012, 2013, 2014
I will appreciate your help
Hi Cristina,
As per information provided above, your legacy assets transfer date is 31.12.2014 and last posted depreciation period is 12/2014. So for uploading legacy assets you have to use AS91, here you have to upload acquisition amount & accumulated depreciation as on 31.12.2014. So the system will calculate depreciation for all the assets from 01.2015 onwards only. If you want to calculate the depreciation for Dec'2014, then you have to change the period as 11/2014 in OAYC and upload the accumulated depreciation balance as 30.11.2014 for legacy assets in AS91. After done these, you have to run the dep. for 12/2014, then system will calculate the dep.from the period onwards.

Mukthar
Thank you very mucch Mukthar, I solved my problem.
What I did since I had several assets with different acquisition years 2012,2013 and 2014 and the client wanted to start reporting assets of 2012 and 2013 on 2014 I used as91 with Transfer date 31.12.2013 and depreciation period 12/2013 and for the assets of 2014 I use transfer date 31.12.2014 and 12/2014 for this assets to show up on 2015 with the accum dep.
