Difference between Base Type Gross Vs. Net in Withholding Tax setup

Hi,

What is the difference between Base Type Gross and Base Type Net in Withholding Tax setup, in the context of India localization?

Some usecase example will be helpful.

Hi Rajesh,

     Gross Type mean Withholding amount will be calculated includes VAT And NET Type mean Withholding Amount Will be calculated on net Amount.

Hi Rajesh,

You can use gross. In India we are using deduction on gross.
