I am afraid. You may need to upgrade to 8x first. convert you plds to crystal report then upgrade it to version 9.x

SAP partner account will show tool for 8x only.

Thanks for the suggestion but, the use of the application Crystal Converter is to facilitate the work , so there will be much work.
To do this a need have two SAP enviromment (Sap 9.x and 8,x)

Which version are you on?
What I suggest is to upgrade first to 8x. Convert all plds to crystal then upgrade it to 9x.
Never tried but PLD converter should work 9x as well.

My SAP version is 9.0 ,
Already used in SAP Crystal convert to 8.x from 9.x but not converts, show error.
If i find some solution i will post
