Travel Advance settlement and posting is not working

Travel Advance settlement and posting is not working -

Issues are as below -
1) Travel request with advance is in approved status and then maintain the advance in PR03 but when tried to settle the travel request for advance posting, system is not changing the settlement status from "To be settle" to "settle" by clicking on settle button in PR05 .

T-code - PR05 – to settle but its not settle (status is not changing and no error is coming)

2 ) To check posting of Advance is working or not -  I change the TRavel settlement status from "To be Settle" to "settle" in table  "PTRV_PERIO" and tried to do posting via PRFI but posting advance is not happen and it gives "Trip has no postable amounts" ( but we have maintain the Advance in PR03 ) .

Please help .

1) what is setting for feature trvpa/ l+g and pa3?

1b) wage type settings consistent? run customizing check report,,

last node in travel img, checking wage types for yor morei

1c) why period 10 2014?

2) check symbolic account assignment. sth like +20/ -20 here for advance wage type? will be balanced as zero. zero is no postable amount.

2b) you didn't mark the cash indicator in advance area dud you? this will end up in zero posting. cashier gave yoi the money already.

1a) L+G 0 and PA3 0

1b) Wage type settings are consistent

1c) I tried with payroll period 01 2015  that is for April 2015 also but still it does not work

2) screen shot of advance wage type assignment to symbolic account -

MJ90 - Advance

MJ95 - Cash Advance

3) I tried with cash indicator as well as non cash indicator for Advance maintain (PR03) but still settlement status doesn't change after clicking on settle button in PR05 .

Please help

everything looks correct so far. Can I have a screen of advance inside trip and trip history as well?

Can you pls check after settlement if you have totals per wage type MJ90/ MJ95 in PRTE, table ROT?

Any change/ enhancement in RPRTEC00/ RPRTEF00 active?

  - Since , travel request settlement for advance is not changing to "settle" status from "To be settle" so there is no value in ROT table .

3) Any change/ enhancement in RPRTEC00/ RPRTEF00 active? - there is not enhancement in these report .

Please guide .
