HANA Instance critical Error showing on Metrics.

Suddenly I have discovered that my XS applications are unavailable and HANA Instance is in "Critical" state (on my trial account).


On Health details page I can see following error for HANA XS Availability:


JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL Internal Error: Hana XS server request failure: HEAD https://vadbjtf.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:8041 HTTP/1.1: peer not authenticated


My Account ID is : i314165trial


Can anyone please help me out.

Hi,

I see that the health of HANA Instance on HANA cloud developer account as critical. is it the reason why i am unable to deploymy helloworld app on cloud from eclipse IDE? My account id is p1941621429trial

Attaching the screenshots of error while deploying app on cloud from eclipse and the hana instance health metric Details.

Hello,

First of all the metrics are green and everything seems to be working as expected.

You can have only one hana trial instance. for the java applications you can already see the error message that you do not have more compute units assigned to your account.

Hi Ganesh,

Thanks a lot. Attaching a screenshot of HCP Cockpit Dashboard. In the JAVA apps section i see 2 apps 1 started and 1 stopped as status. The started app is through setting up the console Client. The stopped app is because of the error as published in the previous post while i am trying to deploy Hello World app on cloud from eclipse IDE. Now to check Hello World app on cloud from eclipse ide do i have to stop the another app and publish it to cloud?

XS up and Running again!

Hi all,

there seems to be an issue with the XS engine running which is part of this HANA instance. The database itself should be running fine(connections through studio should be possible). I will update this thread once I have more information.

Still not running.

I'm planning a Workshop for Wednesday with 20 people to start putting their trial accounts to use for an IoT scenario.

I hope this down-time is only a question of hours.
