Hi

Below are some points which needs to be clariffied

  1. How to upload fields CREATED AT and CREATED BY as these attributes are not part of file upload even though they are part of File download
  2. Why SAP is not giving any error message during upload for duplicate value for key field like profit center? We can upload same profit center multiple times also in MDG tables.
  3. Is it possible to MDG data from MDG database table?

1. Creation date and time - its not possible to update that while doing initial load. Use different edition here based on the dates so that it will be easy for you find out. Later on you can change it by a custom program.

2. you can delete the data using standard delete option. Collective processing - delete. use that. directly you can't delete entire data.

reply to your point 2 and 3

2 - System will throw error for sure while upload too. Check the message settings. May be you have disable it. Also check the CR type - configurations settings. May be duplicate check is not added there...

3- do you mean to say if we can download MDG data from MDG tables? Please elaborate...

Hello Sanjay,

Created at and created by cannot be updated using the file upload. They are automatically derived by the framework.

Regarding the points 2 and 3 , could you please elaborate?
